Features

Three-blade cutting system

Provides fast and efficient shredding, allowing significant volumes of thin trunks and branches of trees and shrubs to be processed. The blades are sharpened on both sides, so when one edge wears, the blade can be turned over and work continued.

Titanium blade coating

The blades are manufactured with an advanced titanium nitride coating, which provides high surface hardness of the blades up to 2500 HV and reduces wear and improves shredding quality without the need for frequent sharpening.

Motor protection

The motor has an automatic overload shutdown system, which protects the mechanism from damage; the device is also protected against accidental starting for safety during operation.

Wide loading basket

A special extension funnel (basket) is installed at the feed opening for comfortable and safe loading of a large number of branches at once.

Large-capacity wood chip container

The 55 L container with protection against accidental starting allows for prolonged operation without the need for frequent emptying breaks. Translucent walls allow the fill level to be determined without the need to stop the process.

Oversized wheels

20 cm wheels with an updated tread pattern ensure convenient movement of the shredder around the plot.

Pusher

The shredder is equipped with a special pusher for pushing material into the blade area. The shape of the pusher allows branches stuck in the throat to be brought to the shredding area without the risk of hand contact with the blades.

Soft start

Thanks to the system setting, startup occurs without sharp jerks, ensuring a safe start of shredding and eliminating unexpected movements of branches fed into the funnel. Maintaining constant speed under load at around 3900 rpm makes the shredder's operation predictable and safe.

Sturdy construction

The wide frame of the shredder and additional rubber supports, combined with 5 cm wide wheels, are designed to ensure reliable stability even on uneven surfaces.

Convenient hanger and basket locks

A special hook allows the pusher to be conveniently placed on the shredder handle so that it is always within quick reach. Convenient locks for securing the funnel (basket) ensure quick and easy installation and removal of the upper part for device maintenance.
