High-quality steel

The chain is made of high-quality premium-class German alloy steel and withstands more sharpening cycles.

The cutting teeth are made of 68CrNiMo32Nb steel:
alloying with chromium, nickel, and niobium increases hardness, impact strength, and resistance to overheating
long-lasting sharpness

The drive and connecting links are made of 51CrV4 and 62Si2MnA steel:
high strength
resistance to impact loads
reliable operation at low temperatures

Stable tension and high resistance

Elongation index less than 0.5%. Due to this, the chain maintains stable tension longer and does not slip, thanks to the alloyed German steel, which has high resistance to repeated loads and deformations.

Resistance to overheating

The chain is resistant to overheating, due to which the shape of the cutting tooth is preserved even during intensive operation
