PERIOD OF WARRANTY
The base warranty period for our products is 12 months from the original date of purchase. Within the warranty period Daewoo will repair, free of charge, any defects in materials and workmanship attributable to the company. Please take note: The warranty period can begin only after the customer correctly fills out warranty certificate. Only clean and fully intact products can be accepted by the repair service.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
Most products need special attention and technical maintenance.
The maintenance order is indicated in the guidelines of each product. Maintenance work must be conducted only by the specialists of the authorized service centers. Information pertaining to every instance of maintenance work must be indicated in the warranty certificate. The customer will forfeit his additional warranty if the maintenance was not carried out in an efficient and timely manner and if the absence of such maintenance became the cause of the defects of any components and assemblies of the Product.
The warranty excludes failures due to acts of God and other force majeure.
The detection of manufacturing defects will be the responsibility of a commission composed of experts at the authorized service center.
